About Emily Burke

Emily Burke, Registered Massage Therapist has been practicing massage since 2004. Originally from the Comox Valley, Emily feels incredibly fortunate to promote health and well being in the community.

Emily believes in a holistic approach when dealing with the body. In her treatments she uses a combination of modalities including Deep Tissue, Myofacial Release, Neuromuscular Therapy and Swedish Massage. Whether recovering from injury, suffering from chronic head, neck, or lower back pain, or simply requiring deep relaxation, you will receive professional care.

Emily is also a certified yoga instructor and feels the combination of both massage and yoga is essential for her own happy healthy body.

About Lisa Kalanchey

Lisa graduated from the School of Human Kinetics at the University of British Columbia in 1995 and the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in Vancouver in 1997. Having been in practice for over 17 years Lisa has had the opportunity to work alongside other health care practitioners including chiropractors, physiotherapists, hand therapists and personal trainers; and appreciate how all of these disciplines can work together in providing effective treatment for the patient. Focusing on the body as a whole entity is Lisa’s approach to treatment. Lisa uses a variety of modalities such as Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular Therapy, Trigger Point, Joint Mobilization, Myofascial Release, Cranial Sacral Therapy, Therapeutic Exercise and Patient Education.

Dear current and future patients. We are taking precautionary measures in light of the COVID -19 outbreak and have closed our clinic effective immediately.
